FlyHappy Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms govern use of the FlyHappy website and its assisted flight-booking service. They should be read together with the fare, airline and supplier conditions presented for a specific booking.

FlyHappy is presented as an independent booking service rather than an airline. The operating carrier remains responsible for providing the transport under its conditions of carriage.

Fare searches and deal cards

Prices shown on route, airline, destination or home deal cards are indicative unless they are specifically presented as a confirmed quotation for the customer’s requested itinerary. Airline booking classes can sell out and taxes or availability can change.

A displayed example does not guarantee that the same fare can still be booked. The traveller should search the actual dates, passenger count and cabin required, and the final amount should be confirmed before ticketing.

Booking requests

Submitting a form or asking the team to check a fare creates a request for assistance, not an issued ticket. A booking becomes confirmed only when the required steps are completed and the relevant ticket or confirmation is issued.

The customer should review passenger names, airports, dates, local times, route, cabin and other itinerary details before authorising ticketing.

Passenger names and documents

Names should be supplied exactly as required by the airline and valid travel documents. The customer is responsible for checking passport validity, visas, transit permissions, electronic authorisations and other entry requirements.

FlyHappy can assist with flight booking but should not guarantee a passenger’s immigration eligibility. Official government, embassy and carrier sources should be used for current requirements.

Schedules and operational changes

Airlines can change departure times, aircraft, terminals, flight numbers or routings. When FlyHappy receives a relevant schedule change, it should pass that information to the customer using the contact details supplied.

Travellers should recheck their itinerary before departure. Rights following disruption depend on the operating carrier, route, circumstances and applicable law.

Changes and cancellations

Change, cancellation and refund rights depend on the fare rules, airline conditions, applicable law and any clearly disclosed FlyHappy service terms. Some tickets are flexible while others are restrictive.

Any FlyHappy service charge should be disclosed clearly and distinguished from airline penalties, supplier charges or fare differences.

Refunds

Where a refund is permitted, processing can involve the airline or supplier and may not be immediate. The customer should be told what has been requested and whether the amount is subject to supplier approval.

Refund handling depends on the applicable fare and supplier conditions, and FlyHappy should not promise timelines that are outside its control.

Baggage and extras

Baggage allowances vary by airline, route, cabin and fare family. Seats, meals, lounge access and other optional services may also be chargeable or subject to availability.

Customers with special baggage, sports equipment, mobility needs or infant requirements should raise those needs before ticketing where possible.

Payments and ticket issuance

Any payment flow used by FlyHappy should use an appropriate secure method and show the total amount before the customer authorises payment. FlyHappy does not request payment-card details through ordinary enquiry forms unless a secure payment process is provided.

Payment should not be described as a completed ticket until ticket issuance has actually succeeded. If availability changes before issue, the customer should be informed of the available alternative or refund process.

Website information

FlyHappy aims to keep route guides and booking information useful, but airline schedules, prices, airport details and supplier policies can change. The website should not be treated as the sole source for time-sensitive airline or government requirements.

External links may be provided for convenience, but FlyHappy does not control third-party websites or their availability.

Regulatory and company details

FlyHappy should keep its legal company name, registration information, trading address, contact details and any genuine travel-industry registrations or protection arrangements accurate and clearly available to customers.

ATOL, ABTA, IATA or airline-partner logos should be displayed only where FlyHappy is genuinely entitled to use them and the statement accurately describes the protection or relationship.

Governing terms and complaints

Governing-law, jurisdiction and complaint wording should reflect the legal entity and the contracts used by FlyHappy.

Customers should have a clear route to contact FlyHappy about booking concerns. FlyHappy should explain its escalation process and any applicable external dispute options that genuinely apply.
